Refund Policy

We are committed to providing our customers with the best possible products and services. However, we understand that there may be times when you are not satisfied with your purchase. For this reason, we have a generous refund policy in place.

Refunds

You may request a refund for any product or service purchased from us within 30 days of the purchase date. Please provide us with your order number and the reason for your refund request. Once we have received your request, we will process it and issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.

Exceptions

There are a few exceptions to our refund policy. We will not issue refunds for:

• Products that are damaged or misused
• Digital products that have been downloaded or streamed
• Services that have been used

We reserve the right to refuse a refund at our discretion.

Shipping Costs

We will not refund the cost of shipping for returned products. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping products back to us.
