- Introduction
This Withdrawal Policy ("Policy") is an integral part of the Terms of Service ("Terms") of Sareer-a-Khama ("Sareer-a-Khama", "we", "us", or "our"). This Policy governs the withdrawal of funds from your Sareer-a-Khama account.
- Withdrawal Requests
You may submit a withdrawal request by logging into your Sareer-a-Khama account and clicking on the "Withdraw" button. Please note that you can only withdraw funds to the same payment method that was used to deposit funds into your account.
- Withdrawal Processing Times
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours. However, please allow up to 5 business days for your withdrawal to be processed and reflected in your bank account.
- Withdrawal Fees
Sareer-a-Khama may charge a withdrawal fee, which will be disclosed to you before you submit your withdrawal request.
- Minimum Withdrawal Amount
The minimum withdrawal amount is $10.
- Maximum Withdrawal Amount
The maximum withdrawal amount is $10,000 per day.
- Verification Requirements
Sareer-a-Khama may require you to verify your identity before processing a withdrawal request. This may include providing a copy of your government-issued ID, a recent utility bill, or a bank statement.
- Cancellation of Withdrawal Requests
You may cancel a withdrawal request by logging into your Sareer-a-Khama account and clicking on the "Cancel" button next to the pending withdrawal request. Please note that cancellation requests must be made within 1 hour of submitting the withdrawal request.
- Suspension or Termination of Account
Sareer-a-Khama may suspend or terminate your account and freeze any funds in your account if we believe that you have violated any of our Terms or this Policy.
