Alyaqeen La yazul Bilshek", that is, belief is not lost, the principle is a Muslim and basic rule of jurisprudence, which the jurists have used as the basis of numerous epilepsy issues. In Fatwa Nuria, Mufti Noor Ullah Naimi (may Allah be pleased with him) has used this principle effectively in a number of practical issues, including worship, purity, marriage and divorce, fasting, purchase and purchase. They deem the basis of faith and doubt as incredible when giving a fatwa through this principle, so that the Shariah can be protected from the infinite and non -Shariah.
Examples:
- In doubt of wudoo ': If one suspects in the state of wudoo' whether wudoo 'is left or not, unless you are convinced that wudoo' is broken, wudoo 'will be considered.
- In doubt of divorce: If a husband is in doubt about whether or not he divorces, the marriage will remain, because there is a belief in marriage and only doubts of divorce.
- Doubts in fasting: If one doubts whether or not in fasting, then fasting will not invalidate unless surely he is confirmed.
