The upbringing of children plays a vital role in shaping the intellectual, moral, and social foundations of society. Parents, teachers, and the social environment act as key elements influencing the child’s personality and character formation. This study aims to analyze the combined effects of these three factors on child training, highlighting their positive and negative aspects, and proposing an effective framework for balanced moral development. In the light of literature review, observations, and experiences, it becomes evident that the harmony between parental involvement, teachers’ moral guidance, and societal values is essential for the holistic development of children. The study concludes by recommending the development of an integrated training model that connects the home, educational institutions, and society to promote character-based and balanced growth.
