Licensing Policy Of "Sareer-a-Khama"

  1. Introduction

This Licensing Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions under which you may use the "Sareer-a-Khama" ("Software"). By using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Policy.

  1. Grant of License

Subject to the terms of this Policy, "Sareer-a-Khama"grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not use the Software for any other purpose without the prior written consent of "Sareer-a-Khama".

  1. Restrictions

You may not:

  • copy, modify, or distribute the Software without the prior written consent of "Sareer-a-Khama";

  • reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  1. Termination

This Policy may be terminated by "Sareer-a-Khama"at any time and for any reason. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Software.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

The software is provided "as is" and without any warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Sareer es not warrant that the software will be uninterrupted or error-free.

  1. Limitation of Liability

"Sareer-a-Khama"SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES.

  1. General

This Policy is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from or relating to this Policy shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Pakistan. If any provision of this Policy is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck from this Policy and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and "Sareer-a-Khama"with respect to the Software and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, or agreements, whether oral or written.
