Article Processing Charges (APC) Policy
Journal: Sareer a Khama
Sareer a Khama is an open-access journal committed to the free dissemination of high-quality academic work. To support our operational costs, peer-review process, editorial management, and online hosting, we levy an Article Processing Charge (APC) on accepted manuscripts.

2. APC Amount
   The standard Article Processing Charge (APC) for publication in Sareer a Khama is PKR 15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Pakistani Rupees) per article.
3. Payment Terms

• The APC is payable only after the article has been accepted following peer review.
• Authors will receive an invoice and payment instructions via email.
• Payment must be completed before the article is scheduled for publication.

4. What the APC Covers
   The APC includes the following services:

• Editorial assessment and peer review
• Copyediting, typesetting, and formatting
• Online hosting and indexing
• Promotion of published articles

6. Refund Policy
   Once the article has been accepted and APC has been paid, the fee is non-refundable, except in cases where publication is not possible due to journal-side technical or ethical issues.
